Product Properties:

White powder with strong hygroscopic and deliquescent properties, exhibiting strong alkalinity. It has a melting point of 837°C and begins to decompose at 750°C. It is easily soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol. Its aqueous solution is strongly alkaline and commonly exists in hydrated form. 

Applications:

 Used as a chemical reagent, in specialty glass, in the ceramics industry, and as a chemical catalyst. Additionally, it is utilized in micro high-energy batteries and crystal scintillation counters. It is also used for the synthesis of other rubidium salts and rubidium single crystals.
