Product Properties:

White powder. The polishing powder is directly mixed with water to form a slurry at a concentration of less than 40%. After adding the polishing powder to the water, it should be stirred for at least 10 minutes before polishing. The fine particle sizes available include: 0.5-1.0 µm, 0.8-1.1 µm, and 0.8-1.2 µm. The standard particle sizes include: 1.0-1.4 µm, 1.2-1.4 µm, 1.8-2.2 µm, 1.9-2.1 µm, 2.0-3.0 µm, and 3.0-3.5 µm. Pure cerium oxide polishing powder is available in sizes of 1.0 µm and 1.8 µm. 

 

Applications:

The product is widely used in high-end polishing applications such as precision optical glass polishing, smartphone cover glass, TFT thinning, LCD displays, and photomasks. It is also utilized in traditional polishing areas like hard disk glass, touch screens, polishing wheels, lenses, and crystals. The polishing powder offers advantages such as high stability, high removal rate, excellent surface quality, long service life, and good suspension properties. Customized rare earth polishing powders with different formulations and colors can be provided to meet diverse precision polishing needs.
